To receive a refund for the cost of your Tizer bottle (as shown on your receipt, up to a maximum value of £0.99), send your name and full address, with this application form and till receipt to: Tizer Try Me Free, PO Box 1080, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GW in a stamped envelope.
This promotion is available on participating promotional 2l and 500ml bottles of Tizer.
Only one claim per application, per household.
No bulk or third party applications will be accepted.
All refunds will be made by cheque, payable to the person named on the application.
Allow 28 days delivery for your refund.
